Shipping Policy – Cellora Labs

At Cellora Labs, we are committed to processing and fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically packed and handed off to the selected carrier the same day they are received or by the next business day.

Please note: Once a package is turned over to the carrier, delivery speed and tracking updates are out of our control. While we fulfill orders promptly, the responsibility for transit time, delays, and final delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

USPS Ground

The most economical option for ordering your items.

  • Shipping is handled through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Cellora Labs fulfills orders daily, but USPS does not process package drop-offs on Sundays.

  • Some customers have reported delays in USPS tracking updates due to unscanned shipping labels.

  • Delivery times may be impacted by weather or other unforeseen events.

  • For the most accurate tracking, check the USPS website if your package appears delayed.

UPS Next Day Air

Our premium shipping option for urgent orders.

  • If selected before the daily cutoff time, packages are shipped for guaranteed next business day delivery.

  • Ideal for time-sensitive deliveries, though delays may occur due to weather or other uncontrollable factors.

Refund & Return Policy – Cellora Labs

At Cellora Labs, customer satisfaction is a top priority. While all products are intended for research use only and are subject to strict quality control, we understand that issues may arise. Our return and resolution policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and flexible within reason.

General Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept general returns for reasons unrelated to product condition (e.g., change of mind or improper storage post-delivery).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To qualify for resolution:

  • Provide your order number

  • Attach clear photos of the product(s) in question

  • Email us at support@celloralabs.net

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement shipment (no additional cost)

  • A partial refund (in rare, approved cases)

  • A store credit for future use

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement by emailing us directly at support@celloralabs.net

  • Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may attempt reshipment (free of charge) or offer a partial refund minus shipping and handling fees at our discretion.

No Refunds for Misuse

We are not responsible for issues related to product misuse, improper storage, or misapplication of research materials.
